All simulations, audio, and documents are stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to external servers.

• Audio playback (to play pre-recorded instructional audio)

 

These permissions are used only to enable core app features and are not used to collect or store user data.

 

 

Third-Party Services

 

The app does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection services.

 

If accessibility features such as Live Captions are enabled, they are provided by Apple’s operating system, and Modal Education does not receive or process that data.

All student profiles, names, and IEP content shown in the app are fictional and for training purposes only.

 

 

Children’s Privacy

 

The app is designed for professional training and educational use. It does not knowingly collect any information from children.
